At Avelyan, we want you to love your order. If you are not fully satisfied, we’re here to help.

Returns

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • Unworn
  • Unwashed
  • In its original condition
  • With all original tags attached
  • Free of stains, makeup marks, perfume odors, deodorant marks, or damage

If your return does not meet these conditions, we may not be able to accept it.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Final sale items
  • Sale/discounted items
  • Gift cards
  • Items marked as non-returnable

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 3 days of delivery at:

Please include your order number and clear photos of the item so we can review the issue as quickly as possible.

Return Process

To start a return, please email us at Avelynhq@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return.

If your return is approved, we will provide instructions on where to send your item.

Please do not send items back without contacting us first, as unauthorized returns may not be accepted.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.

If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Please note that your bank or payment provider may take additional time to process and post the refund.

Exchanges

We currently only replace items if they are damaged, defective, or incorrect. If you need help with a sizing issue or would like to request an exchange, please contact us at Avelynhq@gmail.com.

Cancellations

Orders may only be canceled within 12 hours of being placed. After this period, your order may already be in processing and cannot be canceled.
